It is true that everyone you meet in life, has something to
teach you. The negative ones will always try to drag you
down to their level. Love them; but rise above them. They
are people who were too weak to follow their own dreams;
looking for a way to discourage yours...
"Obsessed" is just a word the lazy uses to describe the
dedicated

Some people want it to happen, some wish it would
happen, others make it happen... but really; you don't make
it happen by wishing, staring or hoping. You don't get it
easy, you get it by working your ass off every single day.
Don't compare yourself to others; compare yourself to the
person from yesterday. But be mindful because, if what
you did yesterday still looks big to you, then you haven't
done much today..

An attitude of "whatever is convenient " won't accomplish
much. An attitude of "whatever it takes" is impossible to
stop. Most of the time attitudes are functions of what you
do; my attitude is right, so I do it.
I do it because I can, I can because I want to, I want to
because you said I couldn't ..

The distance between who you are and who you want to
be, is separated by your words and actions. So many
times, its hard but you have to believe in yourself when no
one else does. That makes you a winner right there.. At
first, they'll ask you why you are doing it. Later, they'll ask
how you did it.

When you go through hardships and decide not to
surrender, that is real strength.
Sometimes, when you feel like quitting, think about why
you started. It helps you to be strong in body, clean in
mind, lofty in ideas. When there is an idea, there is a goal.
The problem with not having a goal is that; you can spend
your life running up and down the field and never score.
Keep your goals out of reach, but not out of sight.
A goal without a plan is just a wish

The essential thing in life is not conquering, but fighting
well. If you cannot win, make the person ahead of you
break the record. Most times, winning is not everything.
But, it beats anything that comes in second
Losers quit when they are tired. Winners quit when they've
won. Real champions keep playing till they get it right.
If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you
You don't win once in a while, you don't do things right
once in a while, you do them right all the time. Winning is
not an act, but an habit..

One of the most important keys to success is having the
discipline to do what you know you should do, even when
you don't feel like doing it. You'll never accomplish anything
if you don't believe you can do it.
Strength doesn't come from what you can do, it comes
from overcoming the things you once thought you couldn't.
That's the reason its kinda hard to beat a person who
never gives up.

Your body can do anything. Its just your brain you have to
convince. Its not really the load that breaks you down, itsl
the way you carry it. Pain is weakness leaving the body.
The more you sweat in practice, the less you bleed in
battle. Wake up determined, go to bed satisfied. Motivation
gets you started, heart keeps you going.

Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass, it is about
dancing in the rain. Life isn't about how hard you can hit,
but how much you can get hit and still keep moving
forward. It's okay If you try and fail. But its not okay if you
fail to try. Learn from the past, live for today, work for the
future ..

Wisdom: is knowing what to do next, skill is knowing how
to do it and virtue is doing it...
