To clarify, you CANNOT work with a visitor's visa. however, you can change your status by securing a work permit by scouting for an employer with a job role to fill up; to help you with the application when you are "already" in Canada. and this my friend is not an easy route, but its not impossible.
I'll advise you to read up on securing a work permit and its requirements. you will be more guided.

Having a visit visa into canada is liable of getting a Job and getting your work permit been gotten by your employer!
