Lord rip me off this pride,
that makes me run in maze,
You know the things I tend to mind,
You know what I hold in place,
I cannot be your bride,
I cannot earn your praise,
If the Vashti in me continue to ride,
Sulkily behind all face,
Nowhere to hide,
My wounds bow in shame,
Never do I want to guide,
Myself in Lucifer's phrase!?,
I repent,yet in my prime,
My drowning voice I raise,
Your word does remind,
In judgement remember grace,
So I can be intertwined ,
Modified,in warmth and embrace,
Set me by the goldmines,
Forever with thee,unerased.

Nestled in your promises
Hook,line and sinker,
Heaven's about to release
It's fullness on a platter,
My soul delights at the feeling
Of freshness as dew
And patiently am waiting
Till am turned brand new
We were many,
But only the few,
Who weren't in a hurry,
grasped the goodness,
Of the land,
Under your arms,
Because we understand,
That the patient in Christ
Shall be saved,
Their generation will rise
Above mistakes,
They will breath their last breathe on you,
As they awake to the sound of heaven.
