Alfred2000:
Can one fill the remobilization form online by oneself or must we go and pay at a cyber cafe to do it?
Remobilization and revalidation can be done by oneself.
But ones fingerprint will be captured for fresh registration hence the need to use a standard cyber cafe if one has not registered before.
