Why did you put out his number? So that those chronic debtors on this site will start blasting him on call and putting their frustrations on him abi.

I believe TRANSNET SHOULD HAVE OFFLINE PAYMENT OPTION. YOU SHOULD HAVE ASKED AND OPTED FOR THAT. THEY'RE ONE OF THE MOST ORGANIZED LOAN COMPANIES.

WHAT'S WITH YOU PEOPLE AND DRAGGING LOAN COMPANIES THIS DAYS. THE OTHER TIME IT WAS SOKOLOAN.

I paid and cleared all. Why are they not reconciling the payments. The default charges keep increasing? Please help me reach them if you know them.

This is my transaction details for loan repayment

I obtained a loan of 11,000 on 15th July 2021 and due for payment on 21st July 2021.
The interest accrue to me is 1,062.93. I tried all possible means to pay before the due date on the app. It wasn't successful. It says pending and got stagnant. There was no offline mode of payment on the app.

The collection officer chat me up and gave me offline mode of payment. 0772693491. Access Bank. I agreed to pay the loan amount and the initial interest rate. I disagree to pay the default charges because their app not accepting payment is not my fault . I paid 12,100 and sent him evidence of payment. The 12,100 was cleared and the default charges of 2437.62 remained.

The following day I checked my dashboard. I see default charges. I went to pay via POS into same account he sent 0772693491. Access Bank and sent sent him the transaction slip. He told me it would be cleared. It has not been cleared and it keeps accumulating.

Thanks to all that have shown concern and contributed significantly.

I am not satisfied with the way this company operate.

I took a loan of 11,000 to repay in a week time with interest on 21/06/2021 as due date. I tried repaying on the app even before the due date but it wasn't successful. The app is stagnant and give pending note. All efforts to reach their customer care was abortive. Still yet default charges keep increasing.

After few days a collection officer of the company with this number (+234 701 743 3849) started sending me threat messages to pay up. I explained to him what I have been experiencing. I paid the loan amount and initial interest rate by bank transfer. I sent him proof of payment and was cleared not default charges remained.

He said I still have to pay for default. I said I can not pay for default because the fault is not mine as their app was not accepting payment. That they should fix their app. The following day I paid using fist monie pos and sent him proof of payment. He said it will be cleared. Up till now it has not been cleared. Default charges keep accumulating after 2 weeks of payment.

Only to remind him to clear the default payment this morning and he blocked me on whatsApp. I called him on regular call and he said the company is not his father's company and that do I want him to block me again on call.

This is not fair at all. I feel cheated.

If she doesn't take corrections as insult. Go ahead. But make sure you have the patience required. There will be days you will get angry with her dirty and lazy habits. If it's vice versa it's hard.
