For those with their money stuck on PayPal. Have you ever thought of buying your own listed domain with it and receiving your money in your bank account. Although you will lose another 9% of the money. Another option is using exchangers

You can sell any names that is under 60 days lock if bought from a reputable registrar. Dynadot, GoDaddy, namesilo.

For afternic just list there. For SH list, when approved change nameservers to that of SH

Dynadot is a popular registrar and most marketplace have an account with them. If it happens that you sell the domain you can push to their account.

I'm not sure but you can tell the buyer first. If he agrees to receive it with the registrar fine.

Yep you can ask for review. Or resubmit after being rejected (not everyone can do that)
