I recently registered a domain with godaddy and listed it for sale on afternic. Afternic contacted me this morning that my domain has been sold, that I should transfer it to them . Please how do I go about it because the domain is less than two weeks old.

You don't have problem since domain is registered on GoDaddy. Check the transfer code on your account and send to them

I don't know much about trademark but I believe since realtor is a dictionary word and not a brandable word like jumia or konga we should be able to use it without problem. I've sold a realtor domain before and I still have another with me: Instantrealtors.com.
Unless it was once a brandable before entering the dictionary.

This almost the same way of getting your geo. I normally go for 2 words domain. Head to pending delete and click on show ilter. Follow the screenshot. In the contains area add the type of keywords that you are looking for, maximum 30. Then click submit.
