In today’s world, globalization has made it possible for African freelancers to work from any location they choose. As a result of this, more and more people are considering freelancing as an option for gaining employment while also having the freedom to work from the comfort of their own homes. It is important to note that there are many benefits to hiring an African freelancer, including: They are very affordable than freelancers from the western world The cost of hiring writers from the western world, such as the US or UK, can be prohibitively expensive. This is because the cost of living in those countries is much higher than it is in India. The average cost of hiring a copywriter from India is only $0.06 per word and this translates to a monthly salary of $1000. Most African Freelancers have strong English skills The English language is the most widely spoken in Africa, with over 10% of the population speaking nothing else. Across the continent, English-language programs are popular and accessible to children, students, and adults. Consequently, it is not uncommon to find Africans with strong skills in the English language. The Best Places To Find African Freelancers Online There are many websites that provide freelancers from all over the world. For African freelancers, there are some websites that are more popular than others. Of all of them, www.fixhire.com seems to be the most promising website to hire professionals in Africa. A reputable website or platform is a place where you can be sure that you can find a quality professional. It is a platform that lets employers find freelancers easily through an online search or by browsing through their extensive list of categories on the website's homepage to find suitable freelance professionals for their project needs. This website offers an employment guarantee for employers who use their site so this is something to consider if you are not sure about whether or not you would be satisfied with your chosen worker once they have completed your task. Finding a Quality Professional Through a Reputable Site/ Platform Many of the most popular and reputable sites and platforms provide a free trial. Depending on the provider, you may be able to use their software or services for a week or more before you have to pay for it. Some sites and platforms offer a free trial of their services. Usually, this is one week but most offer some time before the monthly service fee kicks in. Conclusion: The Benefits of Hiring an African for Your Next Project There is much more care in an African’s approach to work than in a typical western-world approach. They will be more willing to go above and beyond, and will not shirk away from tasks because they don't feel like it. The reason for this is because freelance work for them is not a hobby but a means to an end, which can be lost if they do not put in their best effort. |

I HAD been using Swift Broadband for about six months now BUT, I need contribution from fellow Nairalanders on this: 1. I need 10 people who can confirm that when Swift Networks installed their fixed external radio at their location, they (Swift) did not say they (the subscribers) have power leakage which will eventually damage the radio (Modem). 2. 20 people who can say they have used the Swift Broadband External Radio for more than six months without replacing at least twice. 3. Why would anybody in their right senses bring a hardware to Nigeria that is not compatible with our NEPA situation? 4. How possible is it for my modem and internet subscription go bad at the same time (Christmas season when people are looking for extra pay)? I personally have a situation I will not wish any Nigerian to be fooled into: I paid my internet subscription and was eventually told my modem has to be changed again for the second time in 6 months. I had already ruled that I will not pay them (Swift) for another modem, should it go bad again. What's my reason you would ask. Do you calculation of the monthly subscription fee and a replacement of modem every 2 months. Then ask yourself if it is beneficial. Now picture the fact that they (Swift) have decided not to replace the modem, also wount give me a refund for the unused subscription paid to them. I need to go to another internet service provider but hey, Swift has my money, the cost of getting another modem from another ISP is more than the cost of replacement from Swift, why not pay for a replacement and save the extra? Lailai I'm a Nigerian and we are smarter than that. Please I need your honest contribution. Notice that this is my first post on Niaraland. I need recommendations/Suggestions for a new ISP. |
