i love jesus so much and i read the bible as well the quoran and i believe that NO religion has all the truth...there is a bit of truth in every religion and the bible sometimes i feel the GOD of the old testament is entirely different from the GOD of the new convenant

yes Billyonaire silence is indeed tough i have tried countless times to meditate as early as 2am to 5am but yet i still find it had to focus, the fan alone will not make me concentrate talk more of the noise from my neighbours and the night movement...i remember when i got the chance to concentrate while meditating my breathing has kind of heavy and deep and i started shaken and swearting and i just fizzle out and wake up...
i was never the church type despite my religious background i never had that faith in pastor's, something was just drawing me from going to church my mind was never in church but how can one protect itself from evil (juju) as we call in africa?
