Op this is the best advice for you.I stop smoking last year because of the pressure coming from my family,friends and my boss.I did almost everything this writer suggested except the nicotine patch or gum.The most important thing for you right now is to stay away from your bad friends(co smokers),pray always and have a solid mental determination.Cultivate the habit of drinking soda water e.g Nirvana soda water etc.Make sure you are always happy no matter what you are going through and shun excessive thinking and anger.May God help us all in this struggle#Smokers are liable to die young#No to smoking#No to drug abuse
