One of the reason why a woman must follow her husband to his church after marriage is for her to be more respected and valued in her former church. If she decides to still be attending her former church, familiarity won't make her to be valued and respected. Imagine her visiting her former church with her husband after about two years or so, it will be so exciting and joyful than still be with them.

Imagine, adding 40k across the board for everyone (level 1-17) and then calling this as minimum wage, which is far away from the living wage. John Hopkins university is one of the best, if not the best university in the world for training medical doctors. Their teaching hospital must be paying higher too.
