Do you still recall what happened the first time you used an ATM card? The first card I received was never used until it expired because I didn't know how to use it and I wanted to save myself the shame of asking others, especially girls. It was that way unil I finally went to bank one day and I was told I could not withdraw the N4, 000 at the counter and I was asked to use ATM. I still fumble when it was my turn, I printed 2 receipts without carrying out any transaction. Guyz share your experiences! |

In as much as each time the word garlic is mentioned, one thing quickly occurs to us 'mouth odour' but underneath that foul smell lies numerous health benefits. Studies has shown that garlic reduces atherosclerosis and fat deposition, normalize the lipoprotein balance, decrease blood pressure, have anti- thrombotic and anti- inflammatory activities, and function as an antioxidant to some extent. So learn to consume garlic moderately if you can't chew due to odour, find other means. Partly culled from wikipedia. |
