All this fines with bad roads everywhere

Something needs to be done

(ABUTH) Ahmadu Bello University Teaching hospital Zaria, Kaduna State.
ABUTH is a hospital where life dont matter to the doctors or management.
ABUTH is a hospital where patient are harassed and intimidated by doctors like i and my family witnessed.
ABUTH is a hospital where patient are given a list of drugs to buy in large amount and quantity and not even half of it will be used and cannot be returned after purchased.
ABUTH a hospital where a woman in labour must buy a list of materials for her delivery in large quantity only to be taking to their store later. like i was asked to buy pack of gloves containing 100pcs and 8 sachet of another gloves. With so many extra unnecessary materials which was not used but all taking to their store .
ABUTH a hospital where you will have to walk for almost a kilometer to  pay your drug bills from the pharmacy.
ABUTH a hospital where a doctor of that hospital dont want to be admitted in it and lost his life as a result.
ABUTH a hospital where you will have to deposit money before taking to intensive care unit and yet do not have a backup power supply as a result i lost a brother and three others died as a result of power failure. Two of which are their staffs.
ABUTH a hospital where mothers are told to bring sweaters to cover their babies that are inside incubator due to lack of electric power.
ABUTH a hospital where you wait for doctors for hours before they arrive and yet they will shout on you.
ABUTH a hospital where doctors punish patient for coming late and only see them when they feel like.
ABUTH a hospital where people think is a death trap. Once you enter their is no coming out.
ABUTH a hospital with poor management and control.
what kind of a hospital is this? What is wrong with the syatem? Who's fault is it? How can this problem be rectified? We need help.
