ozed311: Please sir, i would very much appreciate it if you could give me an idea of what it would cost (ie material and labour)to do this your kind of raft for a perimeter fence for a compound frontage with a dimension of 100 feet. The whole fence had been done but i intend to pull down the frontage and re-do it this way

el bin manny: Its a nice one! But ....did u get to do a buildability and maintianability analysis on the first design? One thing is to design the other is how buildable the design is considering the structural elements and material specifications now there seem to be too many cantilevers ....!

Really impressed with your design. From the picture I can see that the land is waterlogged. I have a similar challenge. I want to construct a septic tank/soakaway. I am financially constrained. Considering using plastic tank or precast concrete rings for the purpose. Please I will appreciate your advise on the design and installation. Rgds

Precast concrete is a bad idea, but the Plastic tank is a good idea. However, with the plastic than you still need concrete re-enforcement behind plastic tank, which still boils down to the best idea which is casting you soak-away.

Sharp Sharp forming, by my Carpenter. Oga professional himself. He delivers any form of design I bring for him, so just using this to warm up his hands.

Digging of well and Blinding for fence. As the plot is opened to the compound behind. As a result, we have to fence it off, before construction begins.

The reason for creating this trend is to expose Nairalanders to the transformation of a unique design from paper to Real life. More also, to introduce to Nairalanders, a new Dimension to Nigerian Architecture we have set out to create and that has been the dreams of many, dreams that had to fade away due to sure challenges. As i must point out, there are massive challenges in us making our houses turn out the way they do. The only thing that brings us to the end and to the stages of greatness you must have seen in our previous works, is the belief that at the end, we shall deliver what we have set out to deliver

Client has imported the glasses, tiles, windows and Glass Bridge (most finishing items). As a result, a figure cannot be reached at the moment, until we are through. But from foundation till plastering had already taken us 19m to archive.

Yes very well. I'm an architect, I do all Kind of Architecture. Just that clients are not ready to be too creative when it comes to flats since they are mainly going to be renting it out and not living in it.
