FOUNDATION: In Pics; Concrete Works on Reinforced Foundation beam for the final 900mm. Note wood frame works was taken off 12 hrs after Concrete cast.

TILING WORKS: Arrival of tiles to Site. Floor and wall tiles as we resume POP and Screeding works in UNIT 2

UNIT 2: Resumption of POP Works as we await roofing for UNIT 1. First Process of the POP is to Cast all Designs before Hanging. This process Regularly takes 48hrs to 72hrs

FOUNDATION: Resumption of Wooding Frames to cover up Reinforced Bars before Concrete Works.

Note: Plumbing works will be done in between.

FOUNDATION: In conclusion of Steel Bars, Concrete Mix is Provided in the 600mm wide x 300mm High Base. Before we Frame up the Remaining Reinforcement with wood. This is to Ensure that the Concrete Mix is Poured Purely.

DOORS: Sanding Architrave to Ensure Smoothness. Quality Outcome is Ultimate.

ARCHITRAVE Dimension

100mm (4inch) Wide x 19mm(3/4inch) Thick.

DOORS: Hanging of Our doors. Polishing Shall be done immediately after hanging.

Dimensions:

W: 900mm(3ft) x H: 2400mm(8ft)

FOUNDATION: Steel Bars Placed on Dug Trench. Bars with a Dimension of 600mm Wide Foot and 300mm High Foot. In addition the Reinforcement continues with a 230mm wide x 900mm High Rebars, making the total Height of our foundation 1200mm (120cm/4ft)

I think Manufacturers have a lot of role to play in this issue of fake. Infact the Govt and Manufacturers have a whole lot to play. Most of all these items you can't just go to the Source to buy. You have to go to a dealer. If the Govt made it possible to setup in Nigeria and give them direct access to the consumers, the case Might be different.

The kitchenette is the one directly Opposite the Family lounge. In between those two toilets. I agree with you. Maybe he didn't want the space to go to waste. OP can use that as a utility space though.


For the Bold, The windows have to be made wider. The wider the better.
