There might be certain Things I do not Like e.g the Laundry Outside, and the Fact that the small Kitchenette is away from the family lounge and also its enclosed. its something I like to be open and attached to a General sitting area for easy proximity. But these comments are not criticizing the drawings because it might be that its the best arrangement of it might be that its the way you like it.

My only area of criticism is that considering the size of each areas, mostly the general areas, infact for all areas, you would do well with wider windows. They are looking too Thing making each space look Like a box. I am of the experience that a the end they never look aesthetically pleasing. but note, it depends on how you like it.

Master's bedroom is the bedroom for the person that pays for the house. Be it the money to build the house or the Money to rent the house. So the person has the luxury to pic or design to taste how he wants that room to be. Doesn't mean it must be the biggest room, but it must be how you want and since most people will like enough space, then its most likely the biggest room.

Then finally, we can draw anything you want.

Yes sir! The Estate after approving the plan and allowing us move ahead, refused us from Adding the Pent lounge. According to them, Lagos state told them not to allow a pent floor not concealed inside the roof.
