*whistle**** phew!

Most impressive. I really like the design, and I'm already considering it for our next project. Ideally, I would like this to be converted to 1-room hostels. I know the answer will scare me, but how much will this building have cost at this stage (including windows, doors, roofing and plastering)?

Chai! See project.

provide email for info sir

My brother, the house ain't mine, so certain decisions cannot be made by me. Trust me, I am not a fan of concrete stairs, but everything has to be based on client specs.

I have numerous stairs ideas I wish to showcase to the Nigeria. but the first step is getting a client to buy into the idea. Hopefully oneday we'll create stairs that meets the trend.

wow...this is magic. I messaged u on whatsapp about a small project that I've got going on but you ignored. BOSS I'm glad u didn't reply...bcuz after seeing what your precious mind and magic fingers can do....I've decided to hustle hard and work and pray to GOD to bless me enough to be able to afford things like this. Skimanski must build my house whether the devil like it or not You are awesome. As a matter of fact, you are the best in Nigeria.

ahh!!!! My oga that one too much ooo. Have you seen architects in Lagos and what they are innovating. We are only working hard to get there ooo. This building looks nice, but there are a lot of things we could have done better oo. a lot of lessons we have learnt from this project. a lot of aspect we know we will need to improve on. Unlike great architects in Lagos who know it all. Those are the Architect you can call best in Nigeria.

Oga Skimanski

Love the roof facials. It gives a very crisp finish!

My questions -

1) Can this still replace the "annoying" aluminium facial of an already installed roof without damaging the roofing sheets. I believe the facial where installed prior to installing the roofing sheets?

Will need to see how its installed. maybe positing a picture will help out in that regards

2) Does it comes in different colour or can it be easily painted to any colour of choice?

It can be painted to any colour of your choice

3) Whats the cost implication of having one installed?

The cost is higher than the regular wooden and PVC installation

Thanks in anticipation

Cheers
