Hello sir, Sorry for the late responds. Been away for a while. However work has been on going.

Regarding the Pool. It will definitely take out the space directly beneath, rendering the exact spot on the below floor useless.

DPM = Damp Proof Membrane.

It's plastic membrane (basic really) that is laid down on the bare earth (laterite or sand filling) and before pouring the concrete slab (german floor).

This prevents moisture from rising up from the ground into the floors and walls. If you've seen some homes that have peeling paint and walls down near the ground then that's usually caused by rising damp (moisture).

They also use this membrane on suspended slab (decking) on top of the wood support but below the iron and plumbing works. They use this not for moisture but to have a smoother surface on the ceilings.

It's Called a Bidet. It's mainly used to wash up when you finish your toilet business. That's why it's always next to the w.c

Why are people blaming okorocha. I taught I saw 22 to 77 months. Somebody else ate their pension and okorcha offered to pay something to all unlike others before him. No one has blamed those guys.

oP I don't understand what you mean by low water bed. But going by the pictures, you case is not different from everyone's case in lekki Lagos. Why not follow same route. Except I'm missing something in the pics.

Didn't you get the approval for the plan from the estate authorities before commencing?

They did. They allow pent. But apparently, they claim the Pent must be concealed and the engineers that approved the plan,didn't take note of that.

For me It all depends on the stage of work. When doing concrete works. Elephant yellow label is better. But when plastering dangote works for me. Then as for laying of bricks you can go for what's available

after Intense Battle with the Estate Authorities, Our proposal for the pent floor has been refused. So it means we will have to rework on the First floor plan to accommodate the masters.

For the Carpenters and every other aspect of our construction, Once I Draft my design, its handed over and duly explained to the site Engineer/Supervisor, who then presents it to the artisan to create, with thorough supervision of the whole process. So the most important party in my construction processes is the Supervisors. And trust me those can be a lot of headache for me, but gradually they are getting there.
