Are you going to use suspended ceiling/POP everywhere? I think it is better to have a smooth surface. You may be able to achieve that by laying membrane on the deck formwork.

Yes we are using suspended ceiling/POP Everywhere except the external part of the decks(Cantilevers).

Note even though we will be laying membrane, its basically just to protect our wood and our concrete materials from falling all over the place, not because we want to archive a smooth surface. Smooth surfaces are not recommended when you have plan to plaster the deck (though we do not have plans to plaster it). Also smooth surface are not relevant when you plan to use Suspended Ceiling/POP on your deck.

Which one comes first? The electrical or the plumbinh works?

The rain has been a real challenge. The initial plan was to cast the deck this weekend, but looks like thats becoming increasingly difficult to archive. Hopefully though we could still archive it.

The Electrical comes first for us. even though both can come in simultaneously

I have installers, not all carpenters will be able to install the doors, you will also have to provide your brick layer to dress the wall after the doors are installed. you can contact me through watsapp or call. The doors comes with frames. If you are using steel coated doors, you won't need a sub frame because it comes with a 4 inches steel frame, if it's a normal mdf or hdf door, you will need the sub frames installed first because mdf and hdf frames are not water friendly, you can not cast or chourk the frames.

For fence coping, is the same mix used for blocks used? What did you use?

We didn't Use the block mix. We use thesame mix with our COncrete Mix. 3:2:1

Any reason why you are not using marine board for the decking? Could see that you used marine board for the raft.

We are using the wood we have on site, no need buy new boards. Which is some pieces of Marine Board and some pieces of 1 x 12 wood. Not necessarily one particular material. What is important is that the wood gives us our straight Deck. Even if not smooth because at the end we'll use suspended Ceilings/POP to cover it up. The reason why we couldn't Run away from using Marine board for the raft is because we can be sure of our building been Properly Square on all Corners and Straight.
