I am a living testimony of this thread... I have been a silent reader of this thread since July but I didn't open my fiverr account not until September all because I want to get it right as soon as I open my account. I nagivated through fiverr site to see a service I could offer, after some hours of doing that, I created my account and dropped it here for review. For like 3 weeks of no sale, I came back here to seek help for my account to see where I v gone wrong. Last week, my first order was asif I won a lottery and since then, it has been a hit back to back with positive reviews although yet to be a level one seller and hopefully become one soon..... NOTE: I never bought reviews cos someone advised me against it. I am using this medium to say a big Thankyou to beatzone, venzal, khassy, tabbaz, skitkid and everyone who has contributed to dis thread in one way or the order. I am so grateful.

Perhaps I'm the only one offering it? Lol. No wonder I don't rest with orders on queue. The rest who offer it call it REVIEW and fiverr hate that word so they were asked to delete. I can't give my fiverr link here again for security reasons. I think my explanation was clear. Read it again.

Abeg which kind security reasons are you afraid of.

I dont mean this in a bad way, but I see no reason why people will be hiding their fiverr username.

Show us what you do. Thanks

A belated testimony as regards to Phony exchange service, it was prompt and in Drake's voice 'the best I ever had'.

And I also want to appreciate Venzal once more for this thread. I just want to say that hard work will get you there, I don't know what happened but prior to (and after) making level one I have never received any offer from buyer's request, my gig impression is a tad from hitting 10k, I get orders every other day, I have once received a maximum of 6 orders at a go(it was crazy that day).

I don't know if my buyers no dey see my $5 package again

Abeg I earned my bragging rights, no come say I dey brag anyhow.

Sounding professional helps too, if you check this picture, you will see how I lost 15 dolls to grammar, I no blame the buyer, she no know say we dey recession for Nigeria and I was conserving my alphabets

Good day people. Please, good people of this thread, I registered on Fiverr since last September this year. I have four gigs and I haven't gotten as much as an order. I have always gone online to edit and improve my gigs yet nothing positive is happening. Please help me look into my account and point out what I have done wrong to deserve this calamity.

MrLouisVanGaal:
After over four years on fiverr, i have discovered that while it's cool making some cash writing articles, blog posts and all or offering some quick service every once in a while, the real successful people are those offering the really professional stuffs like Website Design! Let's be real, take a look at what Website Designers charge on Fiverr and take a look at what let's say Article Writers or Graphics Designers charge and you'll agree with me, offering a real professional service that customers will truly value matters a lot. It's high time some of us grew a pair and stop earning chicken change and feeling super fly about it. There's real money flying about on the web and you should be taking part in getting some REAL money. I mean some confirm money. By the way, for people who are still lost in the idea that you have to be some super coding machine to build websites, long gone are the days...With Visual Designers with drag and drop functionalities that can bring those Html and CSS codes to life now available, all those have become easy to learn and use but still not everyone knows this and not everyone has the time for it, but if you do, there's still much more to it besides just dragging and dropping. I am sure website designers and developers who have used these tools will admit. Moreover, it's not just using the tools, what about how you set yourself up as a freelancer that can be trusted with 'thousands of dollars' jobs?

Now, if you click the link on my signature to our web tutorial page, It will take you to our professional website built with the most popular PHP content management system on the web today-WordPress. Some clients on fiverr would pay upwards of $200 to more than $800 for a website like that depending on the number of pages they want, the nature of the front and back-end development, interactions and so on. Okay i am beginning to sound geeky, but i am sure, you'd like to be known as someone with a real professional skill like this that you can earn top dollars not only on Fiverr, but Upwork, Freelancer, across multiple freelance platforms as well as an offline start-up business of your own.

See, let's be real, freelance professionals who know their field in-depth are actually those who make money on the web, not those who just come in for some quick buck. Ask yourself, how much have you really made since you joined fiverr or any other freelancing business? How often do you get big time customers willing to pay you crazy sums for a job? How much do you think that a free-for-all service you offer can give you before the year ends? Can you build a career with the knowledge or is it just some quick hustling scheme for you? Can you even survive for long in a market that is being crowded everyday.

Many of you know Africans, most especially Nigerians do not really like to task themselves when it comes to any money making venture. They just like it if you keeping putting some change in their hand everyday without them having to work for the wealth you seem to enjoy. It's the more reason i laugh at people who easily chicken out of getting real knowledge that could earn them money now and for life. Move a step ahead and come out from that crowd, learn something real, develop this IT skill that can feed you for life and stop wasting time.

Businesses will come and go till you die and they'll be needing an online presence, most especially now that Africa is opening to the internet. I am not surprised Zuckerberg was in the country a while back, it's obvious he and many other tech companies are beginning to see this fertile land of minds and ideas and are investing in it. This is the time to get into an industry that is about to explode. Become a website designer and developer today and earn more than you could think possible. I wish i could say more, but i am sure you can tell how deeply i feel bad about people who are comfortable with mediocrity as long as it puts something small on the table. You are better than that!

True talk bro, I just laugh when I see people who charge 15 to 20 dollars to manage account for one month and stuffs like that, that is not cool.

If you want to make it big on fiverr, learn a real skill.

Niche like proofreading and traffic has been saturated on fiverr cause they are not real skills(anybody can do it)

Take your time and acquire some skills that will earn you good money on fiverr

Some Skills with Good money includes the following:

Web developing

Application Designing(I once opened an account under this niche and got a 400 dollar order in 2days, but had to close the account cause I couldnt outsource the job)

Video animation

Logo designing

Music Production etc

Imagine doing 10 jobs to get 50 dollars, but these days the least I take is 40 to 50 dollars for one job

LEARN A REAL SKILL TODAY AND ENJOY YOUR LIFE ON FIVERR.\
