This days buyer request also works with reviews. Before they will purchase from you, they will first check how many reviews you got and whether its positive or negative. If plenty people submit, they will sort by review.

Try to ask him if he is satisfied with what you delivered. Cause something happened to me recently.
I delivered an order to one guy like that, he will not reply my msgs and after like two weeks when the order has automatically completed, he left me a two star review without even asking for revision. Every effort I made to get him to remove the review was fruitless. I even offered to refund he still refused.....(#sillybuyers)

Fiverr will mark the order as completed after three days from the due date. But you can still chat up the guy to mark his order as completed. This also do happen to me most of the times and fiverr use to mark the order as completed

After getting his profile name and checking his profile, u won't fine "contact" link if he's a buyer and doesn't have a seller profile

Their is a trick to contact buyers, who has not contacted you before. Copy the username go to your address bar and add conversations. E.g. www.fiverr.com/conversations/hazzantazzan dosent work on all buyers but it works, I have made like two sales using the tricks. Cheers!

Stay online steady and always send out buyer request before other sellers.
As a starter, you need to bring down the price of your packages, when you reach like level two you can increase them back. Keep it up
