my z10 camera has refused to work for some months now,i hv gone to change the camera, but all the cameras they put didn't work, I hv also wiped the phone, all to no avail, pls what again will I do, is it that the camera can't work again, am using z10 stl 001,and am on the latest OS...Pls I need advice...because I don't hv money now to buy another phone....pls u guys should help me...

I thought i gave you some tips to solve your camera issues. Its most likely not a hardware issue, so stop wasting money on repairs. I experienced this once, i went the long route and got it solved, which i mentioned too. This is what i did, i downgraded to 10.1, did a wipe and installed 10.2.4, then i let it update OTA to the latest OS at that time, after which camera started working.
Some other tips which reportedly worked for others was to flash a different camera bar file, remove and check the memory card for errors and start camera without the memory card, full security wipe, and doing a hard reset several times.

cajetan my z10 camera has refused to open..it keeps saying camera can’t be started…but my torch light is working..i hv taken it to a phone repairer..they put the cameras they hv..and still it keeps saying the same thing…I really love this phone…pls wat do I do..am running the latest OS 10.3

I told u bfor, dats a total hardware failure, unless u wanna change d whole board of d fon. Take it to a fon repairer to check it out for u.. It's nt a software problm.
