You need to ask yourself.. why do I want to work for Tek expert? Is it because of the money or because of your career. I know money serves as motivation. But it's not fair for someone with little or no experience in TSE to receive same money with someone with vast experience. Education play a factor when deciding this things. Certifications also. Its not Sunday to Sunday job oh, u work 5 straight days, then I think two days off...ur week can stat any day...like me, am resuming in a Saturday, I will probably work till Wednesday and get my off, the work roaster mite change again

This 20% is much especially for those in billing nd sub wit d majority of d offer on d low side. Moreso, considering the working time in btw (7am - 10pm) nd many other expenses in lag. I jst pray nd hope there would b an improvement thereafter.

The working hours isn't 7am to 10pm....its a shift, 7am - 4pm, and 1pm -10pm, both timing has 1hr break, u only work 8hours evryday
