Job Summary

We are seeking a high-performing Real Estate Sales & Marketing Executive who can drive revenue through a blend of strategic sales execution and hands-on marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will generate leads, convert prospects into clients, and actively support brand visibility and market penetration through both digital and on-ground marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities

Generate, qualify, and convert leads through inbound and outbound sales efforts
Understand client needs and market our projects ( residential & commercial development
Conduct property presentations, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures
Build long-term relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing sales and after sales support
Maintain accurate sales pipelines and client data using CRM tools

Marketing Responsibilities

Support and execute real estate marketing campaigns (digital and offline)
Collaborate with marketing teams on lead-generation strategies and campaigns
Assist in planning and executing site promotions, property launches, and events
Leverage digital platforms (social media, property portals, WhatsApp, email) to generate leads
Create basic marketing content such as property descriptions, social media posts, and client follow-ups
Track and analyze campaign performance and lead quality
Provide market intelligence on pricing, demand trends, and competitor activities

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in real estate sales or related industries and exposure to marketing activities
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion funnels
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Hands-on experience with CRM systems and digital lead platforms
Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and attend site visits

Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦250,000.00 per month

Background: I was employed 2-month ago and the job was a full time job. It's more of inventory in a luxury firm. It's a one- man business operated by husband and wife.

I was given a responsibility of handling the inventory aspect which I will submit on an Excel format(which must include all pictures of the stock keeping unit of above 1000) I took my time to study the process and counted every stock and submitted. The company/shop did not have any primary data before now.

Towards mid January, while still on the excel, the wife brought one software which she said she want to use for sale and that I should continue uploading the items. I suspended the Excel and continued with the software. Her culture before now which I got from old staff was to use inventory officer to count her stock and sack them at the end of 3--month and she always get away with that since no appointments letter until end of 3month.

The wife now insist on not paying me January salary with flimsy excuses of not getting my report on time . Is that a valid reason? What should be the next line of action for me now that I don't have a letter of appointment?
