...i recently bought 6smartwatches on AE..on Arrival 4 were working and 2 refused to turned on... i opened dispute for the 2watches and got paid back my money...

Those 2watches still dey my locker now...and miraculously dey ve started working



Buying Goods on AE need technical know how... person no fit jst open and go buy cos its cheap...
u ve to know how to tackle dispute with evidences wen it occurs... all d best to d guy sha...

Please I need help with the MTN internet connection in my phone Umidigi A5 pro and my wife's A7s. We can't browse or do anything whenever we switch on the data as there is always "no internet" despite the fact that we have 10gb data on my MTN. However, if I insert my MTN Sim in my wife's other phone, it connects & browses with speed of light. My airtel line also browses very well on my A5PRO.

HOW do I solve this MTN data connectivity & browsing issues?

na ur settings ooo.... if memory serves me right.. A7PRO is a 16mp phone...ur settings is at 3mp..which means u ve lowered the quality of the camera.. there's nothing wrong with ur Camera... change it from 3mp to 8mp or 10mp snap and check den change it to 16mp snap and check also..


Mine is a 48mp but I don't use d 48mp cos of its large size..so i use d next available option which is 12mp and i still get a decent shot

Great people plz help me. My umidigi A3 back camera can no longer snap a clear picture both outside and indoors. The pictures are always blurry.
The sefie camera is still very sharp unfortunately I can no longer use the back camera in snapping anything now am thinking of buying a new phone.

Av u tried cleaning the glass covering the Back Camera lens? it might be dirt causing it...

but if u remember vividly den...i ve already placed an order for Umidigi X on Jumia b4 cancelling it... i just knew inside me that i won't be happy using the phone with d specs on it... i was getting impatient wen dey didn't list F2...
i was glad i cancelled the order den ..2wks later F2 was listed...
