Oga Lexus..am tired of my F2 mic going on and off... i think its a bug cos i joined a F2 Group on Facebook and i found ppl complaining about the mic also... they ve to restart or do a factory reset to fix.. sometimes my restart fix it but today it didn't atall and i didn't take my earpods to work... getting tayad.... abeg help us tell dem to release update to fix it... khalidx come here abeg... am not on Twitter i would ve gone there to complain myself

I'm experiencing the same thing too and my phone is slow charging. I noticed it all started after updating the last wireless update.

I'm patiently waiting for the next update, fortunately it may fix it.

I've already dm umidigi on Twitter.

whoever is using A5 pro should not update the latest software... e get krokro

My Umdigi A5 Pro hangs a lot. Sometimes a call will come in but as I swipe up to pick the call,v the phone will stop responding. At other times, I will casually be using it but the phone will stop responding until I switch off the screen and put it back on.

Pls how can I correct this, it's becoming annoying.

I've unboxed several umidigi devices both from Aliexpress and jumia non came with that wrap.
Maybe the owner sealed it with that so as to protect the box. I use to see phone sellers doing that at Banex plaza, they'll unbox a phone � and they'll seal it back…

decided to try the sound recorder app i noticed it's working so dat gave me an assurance nothing is wrong with the mic...

Oga Lexus i noticed my F2 mouth piece is not working anymore ... my mom called me yesterday and she couldn't hear me ..we initially tut it was network and I did not notice on time cos i do use Bluetooth to receive calls mostly...but it happened tonight again,, momsy called and couldn't hear my voice... so i called my wife in my presence to confirm if truly it's the mouth piece... and it is indeed... what should I do? go fix it or what?...

On the pack of the protector it's written 9D, it doesn't have a punch hole or anything just a 6.5 inch long protector.
That's what the infinix note 7 lite uses also.

Hello guys! I just got the umidigi A3s last week from jumia after ready so much good comment about umidigi here on nairaland, and the phone have really been fantastic to me. But the only issue I have with it is the battery. The battery performance is not up to that 3950mah they put in the the specifications. But though other features have really been fantastic.

u jst bought the phone last week... i want to believe ur battery hasn't fully calibrate itself... gv it 2-3wks

when I bought my F2 of 5150mah too , it was underperforming than my previous device of 4000mah... but now it's stabilized...

so gv it time to learn ur usage and it will adjust
