Opp don't mind those building contractor that come to Naira land to quote outrageous amount here, the question I still ask is my father house that was build in 1990 is one of the best in my town till today yet. No architect or building contractor handled the job but just experience old brick layer. Yet one contractor will tell me that I need building design,surveyor before I will have a solid building not minding the fact that those contractor will want to build a house from your head with there outrageous quotations

First, someone asked if it's possible for a person earning #80,000 build house? My answer was YES.
Perhaps the person determined to save #50k every month you can accomplish such a dream in 4years. That will equal to #2,400,000


Below is estimate for 4bedroom flat in Ibadan. Am supervising 3 of it presently now.

Foundation till lintel (2200blocks with labour) #700,000
Lintel #220,000
Two couches of blocks above lintel (500 blocks) #135,000
Roofing (Palm tree) 100,000 for planks,
Roofing sheet 12bundles@15k #180,000
Workmanship #40,000
Condict plumber work. (Labour &material) #40,000.
Condit Electrical work with junction board #25,000.
Front(4ft) and back door (3ft) #70,000.
Flooring #85,000
Abestor ceiling 83 pieces @#1350 with workmanship #120,000.

Even our ancestors know that. Any youth that is still support APC or PDP is yet to wake up from his/her sleep. Nigerian youths should start to think on how they can become political leaders.

What annoy me most is the fact that Nigerian politicians do not retire. Imaging people that have ruled the country many years ago, they are still the ones to mobilize the up coming ones to form a party. Why most it be so? Does it mean that the up coming younger politicians can't do any thing without the old politicians? Nigerian youths need to wake up.

It is better for me to join ARISE NIGERIAN YOUTHS than for me to think of APC or PDP.
