Hi guys,

i will be making a brief vacation to Barbados next month and while booking my ticket online a while ago, as expected.....i discovered the journey will be for two days, 3 stopovers, yeah i will be flying Turkish Airline, so first stopover is there in Istanbul, then two cities in the US before my final destination....

My Question.....am i required to apply for a transit visa for the longwait at the JK kennedy airport new york .......? is not too clear to me

if you are going to barbados and pass new york or JK you will need US visa for transit .
let me give you route you take turkish airline for LAGOS TO ISTANBUL TO PANAMA TO Bridgetown
Turkish airlines share code with Copa airline in panama it is copa airline will take you for panama to Bridgetown
nigeria passport transit istanbul but in panama nigeria pp only transit 12 hours
this only Route you can take to get you to barbados
l am live in panama city

Most of those north African countries are dirty and ugly. It takes more than a couple clean french buildings to impress me. Show pictures of the rest of it; dirty af. It's one thing to have a busy, cluttered, vibrant urban area, or a rustic, dusty rural/suburban area. They're neither. They're just nasty. And they're racist and full of degenerates and gross Arabs.

And tbh I think France s*cks, so I don't care. However, Francophone Africa is fabulous. Shout out to all the beautiful Congolese women. We see you.

who told you that north african country dirty l didnt think you go north african country before if you go them you will them understand north african country not dirty l have live tunisia before

Please I need advice on the option of abandoning my half a million naira income in Nigeria and sought-after a better option outside Nigeria (preferably middle eastern countries) considering the dwindling currency rate, insecurity and standards of living.
I know somehow it's risky but the risk I face daily here in Nigeria now is surppasing hence the need to think of other option.
I've been a field worker( in oil and gas) for the past 10yrs, is it possible and where can I secure a similar role without regrets.
I appreciate sincerely.

dont go to oman that country very bad if you cant stay in Nija it is much better try to get visa like Egypt or Tunisia go there all those country still much better than Oman

yes you are right but l need to finish the house because when l come to nigeria me and my family need to stay there well l will try to paid the 3mil so that everything can be done
l have the bulding and structure it is ok but the land is very big
the land is 1 plot big was purchase in ikorodu

Have you seen the building or structure of the house? I will suggest not to make any payment till you return and see things for yourself. Haba! This is too much now 12million for 3bedroom. Please just dont send any money again. Travel to Nigeria and complete the house yourself.

the house was bulding in ikorodu l was paid for 1 plot of land 500k fence foundation german floor linten to up spend 6.5million for roof and workmanship paid 2million and omoonlie am paid 200k

The cost of building three bedroom bungalow in Nigerian on the average, you should expect to spend the total between N3.5m and N8m..... Though it could be cheaper than this analysis in some rural areas...08169536004 Architect, Q.S&Engr.

The three bedroom In Edo state okpella was= 3.5m 2020 but now is 2021= 4m

While in sokoto State 2021 = 5m-6m
You see that factors like location, cost of material, cost of labour varies...

Though it could be cheaper than this analysis in some rural areas

Mr sliksusan....I will need you to be open b4 you create mix atmosphere here..

Including the land? How much you bought the land?... 1plot is enough for three bedroom. Between 150k 400k to 12m....a plot is not more than this....Estimate in details 08169536004 WhatsApp only for all state in Nigeria. [/quote]

Was there no plan before you started?

How come you are spending more?
Please try and confirm and monitor the things he is buying and prices in the market.

If possible try and check online for the cost price.
I feel y0ur pain.

This is one of the reasons, I prefer buying a house than a building.
