My first school leaving certificate has Jenny Mbila as my name. During my waec registration I changed it to Kenny then attached Jenny to my middle name. So my waec, BSc, Nysc certificate all have :
Kenny Tamuno - Jenny Mbila as my name but my first school leaving certificate has Jenny Mbila. I ve never had issues with that because I've never been asked to provide my first school leaving certificate until recently, I was told to come with it in govt establishment, they noticed the changes in my first name. Without explanation they disqualified me for what I applied for.
Please house how can I correct the mistake.
