Well you need to keep the pocket on a large scale... Anyway you should budget between 300 to 400k for your accommodation.. Feeding isn't really a thing of worry in port Harcourt, except there are some pot holes in your stomach which requires a very large plated foods to fill in.. You should be mostly worried about the vicinity you are looking at and cost of transportation...

I am a young adult who is presently looking forward to leaving my parents and I am looking at relocating to Port Harcourt since I intend starting academe work for a Bsc via distance learning at the University of London, Goldsmith and I would be periodically required to take written tests at the British Council.

So I want y'all folks who presently reside at PH to give me some approximation or plausible estimates as regards to the cost of living with respect to:

Rent (I intend getting a one bedroom flat)
Food, and
Other accoutrements of bachelorhood.

PS: I humbly request that you do not comment if you do not reside in Port Harcourt or have any information to aid my plight.

Wrong LGA and
Wrong course choices
