Mister, if you are saying obafemi owode is a bush, then u proved yourself to be one of the people that bribed their way to graduate from university. Thank God you know am a marketer, can u confidently tell me the kind of job you do for a living? Man grow up, your likes are empty barrels, you don't have, infact you can't afford it but u are good at discouraging others from getting it. Lemme shock you, my company will never demand for a dime from you unless you go for inspection first n you like what you see.

You are talking about the land being inside a bush, our almighty lekki garden city was once a bush, look at simawa today, it's slowly turning into a city.

If you think obafemi owode is a bush, I have something for your class and caliber, the land is just after Amen Estate along Eleko beach road ibeju lekki, a plot there is 14m(648sqm). Lemme know when you're ready so I can book your inspection.

Shalom

Attit:
The only source of income of this person is this marketing job. As you can read, she is ready to die there. grin

You buy, and you dont like it, your money has entered voicemail.

I can assure you that the land is in the bush just like normal farmland. You are warned. Development will not reach the place easily.

Go an buy farmland per acre (4,000 sqm) 1 acre which is usually N250k to max of N500k. The most expensive will be N600k. If the land is really valuable, she will never advertise it as agro to home. Shine your eyes oooo. I gat your back farmers. This one is among land grabbers herself. Lol. grin

What you are supposed to buy for N250k to N500k and you can also pay in a space of two years (dont fall for installment payment, you can get it without her), she is selling at N2,456,790.123 to N3,679,012.35.

Summary

Hers:
Price: N2,456,790.123 - N3,679,012.35
Installment: 12 months (1 year)

Real Price you can buy:
Price: N250,000 to N500,000 (Max of N600,000)
Installment: Up to 3 years.

Keep delaying and gradual payment till you get all your documents. You also know the head of the family, chiefs, etc. Get your lawyer involved. You dont pay all at once because more people may come for their share. Just go and see them and attend the meeting. Lol. Keep making your money on your farm. The family can make you know many more people when you are good to them. Settle the heads of the family. When some people bring wahala, just go with them and settle it. It's usually small change that settle the matter, and they become your friends at the end of the day. Move to quickly process your documents. You can do it in 3 years, and you even make money from your harvest. I am telling you from my wide experience.

This one is a marketer ooooo. Na shark dem be.

Goodluck to all farmers. May you not fall into the hands of people like this. If you ask her, you will realise she doesnt have land there herself. Its agro to home na. grin Lol. Be wise in this 2021. Avoid people like this. Enemies of progress. Anti Agricultural development in Nigeria, anti land with space (na to pack people together in 1/4 plots of land like they are destined not to have space in their compound). Lol.

Run oooo. Dem be sharks!

Keep showing your stupidity, have you been there? How do you know the land is purely farm land? I know you are a scholar, but u lack knowledge. It's not by how many certificates or degree you have. An English man says knowledge is power, n ignorance is a disease. Put your Ego as aside, ask questions about what you don't know. You can't go far in life if you keep throwing insult at everyone. I understand that the country is hot, and d least we can do is to keep calm not transferring our aggression n frustrations to people around us.

My advice for you is, find something to cool off your stress, make ur research on what Agro to Home really means, visit Adbond Harvest and Homes to read more on what the project is all about.

Shalom

Attit:

Which both? Look at the offer. Can you buy it? Do not ever count me with her kind. Never! As a farmer, can you? The land is purely farmland, not close to a residential area. So what are you saying? Which reputation are you talking about? To keep quiet and allow good people fall into her hand?

If you laugh but cannot see what I am doing, then, I do not know what to tell you. Do you think I am not serious here? Imagine! You are funny ooo.

Can you buy it? Answer me.
Agriculture / Re: Invest In Adbond Harvest And Homes by slimmyfunke: 6:14pm On Feb 13, 2021
You are just a frustrated nigerian who has nothing, but still brain washed people from looking for another source of livelihood, and as far as greediness is concerned, if you think selling half plot of land for 149k in an environment that's trekkable to the main road, well lemme accept it. But my advice for u is to make inquiries from other real estate companies on how much a plot of land cost in obafemi owode, a land that after using it farming for some period of time, you can convert it into a residential home, a land where the company helps all their customer do their farming upto harvesting without charging extra cost, a land free from omo onile palava and the likes, where there's transparency in every transaction done with them.
Is my company only the one selling 648sqm as a plot of land? Well if you're a realtor, you can decide to sell 2000sqm as a plot, nobody will arrest you. The advert says own a half plot of land (324sqm) for 149k, here u are talking about 140sqm, now I understand where the problem comes from.

You just want to be popular, and I will support you in displaying your stupidity more. Like I said, there's no crime in asking questions, instead of bringing up theories that doesn't make sense.
Never transfer your frustrations to other people, if u can't afford it, look away or u will get bleeped.

Anyway, I understand your frustrations, but instead of displaying your****** on a platform like this, there are better ways to calm your mood.

Shalom

Attit:

It is you who have been blinded with your useless proposal which is making you feel you know too much. Carry your proposal to people looking for homes, and go and sell land the way you want to. Greediness is what makes you and your boss to start selling the rubbish you are selling. I have told you, if Nigeria is a good country, marketers like you are not suppose to function. Look at this one who is talking about comprehension. I will school you and your boss altogether if you care to know.

It seems you are stubborn. Get it clear: your useless 300+ sqm you are selling is rubbish. Capital rubbish. In a society where the town planning works, why sell 1/4 plot? Even it is a home. A standard plot everywhere no matter the state is suppose to be 667sqm. First, you cut it to 600sqm, then to 400sqm, and you are even trying to sell less than 160sqm. Haba!

I will school you if you are humble enough. But you are just a marketer, so it is your greedy boss who is not following the urban planning of the area I have business with. This is the reason that area is so badly developed. I dont even understand why Ogun State allows incompetent and illiterates to turn themselves to land and Estate managers. It is rubbish.

Carry your land proposal to property session if you are interested in selling 1/4 plots. It is not situation for agric. You arent providing any other sensible stuff there. And I am even telling people, it is not worth it. If for gardening, give them a standard plot of land. Let them have a compound if you have small garden intention in mind. But with what you propose, how many plantains will be in 1/4 of land without irrigation in Ogun? Terrible investment. You know nothing about Agric. So, they cultivate plantain, and after 3 years of no harvest, they remove it and you put land in the whole 1/4 plot. No space to even park car. Nothing. Everything jammed together. Where is the agro to home?

Let me school you. If you have a good intention for Agriculture, what you will do is give them 3 plots. 2 plots for gardening, and 1 plot for the house plus garage. Let me borrow you this free advice. Then, you set them up since you said it is agro to home. The profits from the agro products, you take your cash from it (installment payment). Then, you are a good person. But your greediness pushes you to give them 1/4 plot. Is that land? You are terribly wicked. It is just your profit you are after. Stop hiding under agro. It is a rubbish template. A template which will make all land extremely expensive for farming very soon. You are anti rapid agro development in South West. Your useless scheme is bastardizing agriculture in SW.

I advise you to take your useless proposal to property section and sell 1/4 plot of land that only 2 cars can park inside. That 1/4 is the garage of many people, and that is what you want people to cultivate plantain without irrigation on, and then build house on, park there car inside, and even still have a small garden. What a terrible urban planner you and your boss are? Very greedy people you and your bosses are.

Not your fault. It is Ogun State government that is not competent. Carry your proposal to property session. Leave Agric for people who are genuinely interested in Agric. If you want to help us here, bring a very good proposal. People are here and will teach you what to do, how to make it sustainable. We will teach you how to make it an area filled with gardens. And you will make even much more money. What you propose is rubbish because you do not know agric, and you are just interested in selling the land. Your commission is your drive force. Mainwhile we are passionate about Agric here. And we get each others back. Therefore, whoever you are, carry your useless plan away.

If you care to make it minimum of 2,000 sqm per allocation, then we can give you ideas on how to go about it. Anything less than 2,000sqm (1/2 acre) is not agro anything. It is your own profit you are after. Let the farmer build house 1/4 plot from the 2,000sqm, and use the rest as garden. This is the real transition from agro to home, and still sustaining agro there. But your plan is for tiny poor neighborhood homes and houses without space and choked air. Very destructive to health. Your agro proposal is a cover up to advertise here. And it is not sustainable. Stop the nonsense. Stop the rubbish.

Please, give contacts of people who have transitioned from your useless agro to home from your schemes. Let us see them. You want to blow us lies like you went to a good school. If I bring out my certificates, I am sure you will cover your face with shame. Your primary school cannot even stand mine since you talked about primary school here. You are just writing without even showing you understand yourself. Look at the way I analysed even your plots. Look at my explanations. For you to even defend your agro to home is wahala. And here you are talking about primary school. If I give you back hand, you will understand you are the illiterate here.

I will not reply you again. But I am warning agric people here. Run from this person. Run, run, run. If you want to buy land for building a home, go to where such land is sold, check the docu and pay. If you want to buy land for farming, go to the family and pay, buy 1 acre minimum. Arrange it well with your lawyer. These people also use lawyers, and you also can do it. Do not let anyone scare you with Omo onile. Run away from this shark who wants to sell farmland at the price of land for homes. In the next 15 years, development will never reach the area. The present worth of the land is not what this person is trying to sell it. Too expensive with what they will give you there. Do not let anyone deceive you. No more comment from me.

Goodluck to everyone.
Agriculture / Re: Invest In Adbond Harvest And Homes by slimmyfunke: 12:21pm On Feb 13, 2021
I believe u were thought comprehension during your primary school days, but it's very obvious that you never understood the topic. From the advert, it's half plot not not full plot. If a standard plot of land is measured 648sqm, n half of it is measured 324sqm, what exactly is the issue with you? Mind you, land measurements varies in each state, maybe u can tell me the size of a standard plot of land in Lagos n Ogun state. Talking about the kinds of agro to do on it, wait till you can afford 1 hectare of land, meanwhile your mates are out there utilising their 1/4 plots on agro business.

Like I said earlier, there's no crime in asking questions, stop advertising your ignorance and making a fool out of yourself.
If you want me to give you connect with people that have invested and benefitted in the Agro to Home Project I will gladly do that. It's not compulsory to buy, but the least you can do is to look away, but if you are finding it difficult to look away, then it's your problem.

Attit:

Which agro are you doing on 1/4 of a plot which you called 1/2. Your plot is 324sqm. So tell me, which agro business will someone in Lagos or Ogun does on 1/4 plot of land and graduate to home. Be deceiving yourselves. And by the way, did you really explain. Lol. Just put plantain suckers on ground there. Do you understand what you are even saying? Which plantain do you want to cultivate in Ogun State without irrigation now. You better go and make your research well, and make a good offer. Your offer is a killer. It is bad. Find someone who knows the pain of famers and do it well. It is not about only your profit. Agro on 1/4 plot, and the person is in Lagos. Which kind of profit will that make for the person that will move it to a home. Be deceiving yourself.

Sell land for farming if you want to. If not, buy the land, wait for the place to develop and sell later. Your aim is not to target farmers but for real estate. Not a bad idea if you have agro facilities on ground. But there is no provision. What provision do you have? Land which one cannot live even in the next 10 to 20 years cos development many not get there is what you have divided like selling land for homes. Not your fault at all. It is government which has no urban and rural development planning strategies in place. Every Jack/Jerry is just selling land anyhow without any plan.

But it is ridiculous to tell people to buy 1/4 plot of land. I'm just trying to imagine how rough and dirty the place will turn to be later. Na poverty turn us to this state? I salute the British. Standard plot of land is what they give. You even reduce yours to the extent of calling 1/2 a plot a plot of land.

Goodluck with your nonsense proposal. Very annoying.

Agriculture / Re: Invest In Adbond Harvest And Homes by slimmyfunke: 9:55am On Feb 13, 2021
Good day Mr, pls get your facts right before commenting. There's no harm in asking questions about what you don't know. It's a very bad attitude when you open someone's thread and start condemning without any fact or proof to back up your claims.

Do you even understand what's meant by Agro to Home? Please make your research well before coming here to show to the world the kind of person you are.

If you the price is too expensive for you, kindly look away. I know your type, you not interested in buying, yet you bad mouth it for others.

If you aren't interested, do well to look away.

Shalom

Attit:

Let me make comprehensive analysis of this. Let's say I decide to buy 1 ha.

Using half plots, it will be:
N9,197,530.87

Using 1 plot:
N6,141,975.31

In Ogun State oooo.

First your plot is 324sqm which is half plot of normal plot of land. And then, your half plot is like cutting a plot into 4 places. And its land for Agric you are advertising. What the heck is this? I am sure it is in the bush. Guy/Madam this is absolutely rubbish and total deception to mislead people. If you want to make money, buy the land, hold it and sell as land for building homes when development gets to the area. Trying to sell 1 ha land of farmland for 6.1 million naira to N9.1million is ma.dness.

Goodluck as you get clients who cannot think well. You are a real bad luck and a huge hindrance to Agricultural development in SW. If all land owners decide to use people like you to sell land, then, we are all in trouble. Selling land like he is in the East which is still affecting the region. In Ogun Sfate, mehn!. This is ridiculous. Totally ridiculous.

Farmers, shine your eyes. This is not a good deal. You can get 1 ha for far lesser price. Like N150k to N500k. And 1 ha will be multiplied by 2.5 = N375,000 to N1,250,000 max. And you still pay gradually. Even spread it over 2 years or more.

Don't ever pay land for farming by plot. Pay by acres or hectares. This person is not a farmer. If he or she is farmer, he will not do this nonsense. A real enemy of farmers this one is. Do not ever patronize hmthis one. A shark this one is.

That free clearing, he will carry a bulldozer enter, and they turn your land to a terrible clay land which you will not be able to use for the next 3 years for farming.

Do not buy a plot or half plot of farm land. It is a bad deal.
