Talent wise Neymar has never been better than Hazard. When comparing a player a lot of factors have to be put in place; I.e, The club you play for, The strength of the league, how competitive and difficult it is. Like I always say here football is not like lawn tennis were they square up Roger Federer against Rafael Nadal but 11 men against another 11.
