Be careful, even if the payment you get won't cure this illness.

At the moment, we have Tinubu and Obi; we are awaiting more than 5, Sowore, Adebayo, probably Atiku, Goodluck or Osinbajo

Oga, I cannot engage in an argument with you. I don't hate anyone, and I won't be voting since I am currently outside Nigeria. I love the country and want to see it function well. If the majority select their preferred leader, that's fine. My concern is for my family and extended family, who all want a system that works for everyone. I'm not the type filled with hatred or tribalism.

Please can you tell me why you think he is not qualified to be president? He is a former governor, had a verifiable source of income before going into politics, and was chairman of various companies. He has no known criminal record, no EFFC or ICPC indictment, no drug cases, and no questions surrounding his age, certification, or origin. To date, he has fulfilled all requirements, and there is no reason why he can't contest, pls kindly educate us why he is not fit to be a presudent if Buhari and Tinubu have been president of our country .

When back in the south, either Peter Obi or Goodluck, if they are still alive and fit, may both decide to settle it for their final tenure.

Your treatment should be gradual and require comprehensive investigations.
First, do a urine test to rule out a water infection, and you can start a course of Nitrofurantin 500mg.
Second, you need to do a complete sexually transmitted disease test to exclude that possibility.
The following investigations must be done: fasting glucose, liver function tests, kidney function tests, vitamin B12, folate, cholesterol, full blood count, thyroid function tests, and PSA.
3. Treat for prostatitis using ciprofloxacin.
4. If symptoms persist and results are clear, see a urologist.
A urine flow test should be recommended, along with a bladder and kidney scan as soon as possible.
Finally, a cystoscopy will be performed.

Sequel to my last thread where I complained about a burning sensation in my testicle area, a lot of persons advised that I go for scan for a possible testicle torsion case.

I went for scan and ran all the possible scan from abdominal to testicle scan and nothing was found. The sensation stopped and I was found.

However of recent the burning sensation around my left testicle started again and sometimes I notice it moves up to my waist area in form of weird pains.

Please what do you suggest I do.
