You say you are offering 30% stake for 350K...this implies that the business is worth N1,166,666.

It is doubtful if s business that has not commenced operations and has no assets yet can be said to be worth up to that amount yet.

As it is the only assets you will be bringing are 150K and sweat equity therefore you have to demonstrate that there are other assets on ground for the business to be worth that much

basically, I am working in a company that offers same services, and we always get demands beyond our capacity to deliver. I’m the one who takes the orders for the company, and I have personal relationship with most customers.

Our daily rejected orders exceeds 30000 Naira daily. We recently transitioned from taking single orders to a minimum of five orders per person.
