doctokwus: Honestly don't know and doubt its relevance in nig,abroad maybe.Y do I say this?In nig,for eg,during ur h/job departments & institutions operate diff call schedules:some wen ur unit is consulting is also ur call day,I.e,evn wen d unit is consulting,any emergency dat comes in dat dpt dat day has 2b attended by d unit,den weekend calls are rotated(48hrs wen unit is on wkend call);other dpts just do a a one day schedule wt different days f for d units.I hope I haven't made it more puzzling for u;just d way I understood ur question.

Elai147: According to Pappilo GTB will accept 100K. I am surprised you could not submit your bid with FBN. Deadline for submission is usually Tuesday (a day before the auction date). If you are not successful in submitting your bid with GTB, you may want to try other branches of FBN as you should be able to submit your bid latest by Tuesday.
