My neighbor has 32 pit bulls and all of them but one if friendly but only because they had got it from people who had mistreated it. And he is only mean towards strangers he doesnt bite only growls, thats it!!, I have a pit bull I have a red one and a blue one both of them are as friendly as they can be, love kids loves people, sleeps in the bed everything. The best dog ever, it really depends on how you raise it and its backround because you dont want to get a pitbull that already has a past of neglect. I reccomend getting a pit rather than a rot any day but i have had a rott and he was perfect. I guess it depends on what you like and how you raise it.
