The difference is not only in battery actually: hot 2 has 5.0 inches HD display, while hot 3 uses a 5.5 inches HD display. The hot 2 is got Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box, while the hot 3 has Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box etc.

I use Infinix Note2 bro, and I have bought 3 of it, sold d first I bought, later bought another which got stolen, then I bought another, which I am presently using, and I can tell u categorically that mine dosnt last 9 hrs of straight Internet usage, unlike the hot Note which often times lasted 9-10hrs.

That 3000mah I doubt the 8hrs of Internet, it can last 8hrs of normal usage o, buh browsing ke.. Naaaa

Look at the the full specifications of Infinix hot 3 LTE above, and it cost just 1.6 million rupiah, in Indonesia, that's just about 24000 Naira. Do the maths for yourself, the Infinix hot 3 is above that in Nigeria.

I just laughed at customer service in Nigeria. What they ought to have done in the begining is what they always do when the milk has already been split.

Slot like it or not, the brand name as been stained one way or the other. People will look at them with both side of the coin from now on.

What happen to the manager of the store. The shop floor manager should have handle this in the first place without allowing it to reach the head office not to talk of the social media. Social media is so powerful in this generation.

This is a lesson to all company that offer services. When you have an irate customer or a customer that is not satisfy with your service, you should always provide solution to the problem on the spot rather than allow it to escalate to public view.

Slot is a big brand name in Nigeria and they should be very careful next time because competitor can use this to their advantage.
