I beg to differ, the processor is outdated for a late 2016 phone priced at the high side, it's freaking 6753 we talking about here.
My current phone runs on X20 processor yet it's not as expensive as this even with the current dollar rate.

To use 4G just go to your device settings >> More >> Cellular network >> Prefer network type and change it to 4G. But Infinix Note 3 doesn't have the 4G network.

There's a way u could configure your sim to 4G network
