Easy Way to Get Your Kali Linux Installed On Windows VMware Workstation

Easy step by step guide to install Kali Linux under VMware workstation.


VMware Workstation works by creating fully isolated, secure virtual machines that encapsulate an operating system and its applications, also it gives you a safe environment to play and explore without damaging your physical hard drive, or any data loss.
Step 1 : Get a computer accessible to the internet and Download Vmware and Kali-Linux-2017.1-vm-i686 (Kali Linux download is via uTorrent, just download the Torrent file and Click here for guidelines.
Step 2: After a successful downloads,


open the Download folder and extract the zip file (with either WinZip or WinRar) to your desired location in your computer.


Step 3: Locate and open the Extracted Folder “Kali-Linux-2.0.0-vm-i686” and Double click on “Kali-Linux-2.0.0-vm-i686 (VMware virtual machine configuration). These automatically redirects you to VMware Workstation Platform (if installed successfully on your system).


Step 4: Click on “Edit virtual machine settings”.


Which pops out a dialog box in which you select “Options” on its menu.


Step 5: Under "General Settings", select "Linux" radio button for Guest operating system, “Debian 7” for version and click the “ok”button.

So, “what do we do?” : When you are in your periods and have cramps try to take more of warm or possibly hot water.

secondly, girls that does exercises rarely have cramps, try doing some exercises.

Reduce your intake of caffeine, sugar, tobacco, salt, and alcohol.

Try to get rest, plenty of it..

And when you try all these and it doesn’t work, maybe you should contact a physician, just so you know the quantity of Ibuprofen you need(even thou, i never advice pills for menstrual cramps).

Second Term Bid: Obiano won't get APGA's ticket - New Party Chairman

Governor Willie Obiano of Anambra State has been urged to forget actualising his second term bid on the ticket of the All Progres­sives Grand Alliance (APGA) next year.
APGA Acting Nation­al Chairman, Ozo Nwabueze Mario Okafor (Okpoche Ngene), declared that the par­ty will not field Obiano for the election as long as he hangs on to the sacked National Chair­man of APGA, Dr Victor Ike Oye.

At his maiden press briefing since members of the Nation­al Working Committee (NWC) removed Oye from office, he said: “…We have no interest in who replaces Dr Oye. The par­ty elders, the stakeholders and the teeming members of the party can choose whoever they deemed fit. Even the National Leader can choose whoever he feels he would be comfortable with, even if it is his brother. Once it is ratified, we have no problem with it. But we can no longer work with the suspend­ed chairman. Any move to re­tain him simply means the end is close for the party”.

Oye was recently suspended at the party’s meeting in Abu­ja. Since then, Governor Obi­ano has tried to broker peace without success.
Okafor insisted that for Obiano to get the party’s tick­et, “Oye must go.”
He admitted that Obiano, who is Chairman, APGA Board of Trustees (BoT) and Nation­al Leader, called a meeting to resolve the crisis and appealed to all parties to sheathe their swords.

“We had a meeting with the Governor who did all within his powers to see the resolution of the crisis. But while we were still trying to seek the way for­ward, the suspended National Chairman went haywire and called the people who legally and constitutionally suspend­ed him dissidents, rebels, ren­egades. He said we were settled with spaghetti, egusi soup and money so as to abandon the course we have taken. We ac­tually took serious exception to that. And therefore, we have come to a painful decision to enlighten the public on the cri­sis. We regret doing this, having taken all necessary steps to en­sure that all issues concerning this be treated within the par­ty but Dr Oye has made things practically impossible,” Okaf­or said.
Meanwhile, a renowned prophet, Iyke Uzukwu has asked Obiano to start packing his things from the Govern­ment House.
Uzukwu, who is the spirit­ual head of Soul Revival Min­istries, told The AUTHORITY yesterday that “whoever tells Obiano that his office is not va­cant is lying.”

He said: “I prophesied about President Muhammadu Buhari’s victory and even sent words to former President Goodluck Jonathan not to run but he didn’t listen. Last year, I prophesied that things would get bad as inflation will rise.”
The cleric continued: “I want to give Obiano a piece of advice. I have been warning him in the past three years to beware of sycophants; if any­one tells him that his office is not vacant, that individual is deceiving him. He should not leave APGA because if he ever tries that he should forget his re-election bid. Many problems will still crop up in APGA but he should stay and tackle the problems. Again, he has prob­lems with a lot of politicians. He should make peace with Peter Obi, Ifeanyi Ubah and others. If he makes peace with these ones, there are chances he may secure another term

Or, is it the selective appointments into the state civil service of only the people from the Anambra North Senatorial Zone? Shall we talk about giving choice ministries to irresponsible and half-baked individuals who have come only to share the ‘national cake’ without thinking first on how to bake the cake! Worst still, shall we talk about billions of naira of this state being siphoned into private pockets by Office of the ‘First Lady’ which has no constitutional and legal provisions, but used as conduit pipe to milk the lean resources of Anambra state and thereby leading to insensitive cash fright abroad. Need I mention the state- of- the- art- gas station,(FILLING STATION),very close to the State Headquarters of APGA under construction on the Enugu/Onitsha side of the Expressway also under construction being built by the wife of the Governor. Various political cum economic recession stimulus are deceptively being opened preparatory to the 2017 Gubernatorial electioneering campaign in the name or on the pretence of economic recession bailouts through Anambra State Business Agency, ASBA, to which we were blatantly told in a recent state broadcast that a whooping sum of N3.6bn has been set aside as loan to the unsuspecting members of the public; if indeed His Excellency, Chief Dr. Willie Obiano meant well, all those deceptive stringent measures attached to the award of the loan be removed to enable the target group access the loan. Who is deceiving who? A political gimmick, isn’t it? It is high time we stopped pulling the wool across our eyes because, Anambra State rank No 1 in human resources and economic gurus who are the sought -after in the world . It is only in the land of the blind that an eyed man would be or is the king and not in such state like Anambra, please ; we are not the light of the nation for the mere saying. Anambra State is NOT ONLY NUMBER ONE IN NIGERIA, BUT IN THE AFRICAN CONTINENT! It is in Anambra State as the core Igbo nation that the scientists who manufactured the Biafra arms and ammunitions, including the ‘OJUKWU BUCKET’, the Ogbunigwe weapon of mass destruction which till today is unrivalled in the small arms struggle and warfare throughout the world, yet, it was not a chemical bomb! It was out of research, dint of hard work and the ingenuity of the Igbo man of Anambra extraction. How can we be so docile as to allow our ship of state to sink or nose-dive into the political oblivion? We shall rescue it before we sink with it! The time is now! Tomorrow maybe too late, and a stitch in time it is said saves nine. My people, what are we waiting for?
Shall we fold our hands and allow this misadministration, nepotism, crass ignorance, misadventure and administrative ineptitude to drown all of us in the red sea? No, tufiakwa, mba nu!
I was appointed the Chairman , Committee on Petroleum, but, was super-imposed upon a nonentity as an SSA who was so parochial that her kinsman’s jetty was involved in oil bunkering, and I checkmated him, then, the SSA Oil and Gas raised an eye brow, little did I know that I was made a figure head, while the league of bandits from Anambra East and West had other clandestine plans, drilling and shifting the oil, a common wealth of the people of the state , issues started coming up, making me the assassins’ delight, hence, I had to resign in order to save my dear life and all the entreaties made or sent to His Excellency Chief Dr. Willie Mmaduaburochukwu Obiano, did not make any impact on him; and not enough to attract his attention and compassionate reaction or at least a dispassionate air ought to have been given to it and pacify me as a result, a man who funded his campaign machinery by donating a bus to the Anambra State APGA Youth wing which saw to his emergence from an ordinary citizen to a Governor of a first class state in Nigeria.
During my short stint as the Chairman Committee on Petroleum, I was instrumental to allocating various liters of kerosene to the Honorable Members of Anambra State House of Assembly under the concept ‘KERO DIRECT’ when there was real glut and scarcity of the product at government regulated price of N50.00 (fifty naira) only, but SSA Oil and Gas, Ms. Ngozi Okoye diverted most of the tankers of the product, Kerosene, and deposited them in some filling stations in her immediate community in Anambra East and West for their selfish aggrandizement and sole advantage of members of the House of Assembly from the Anambra North Senatorial Zone extraction; this was done to the detriment of the other two Senatorial Zones and at the great expense of the generality of Ndi Anambra.
A Federal Government largesse and magnanimity towards cushioning the effect of that hardship and alleviate the high cost of the product on the masses, she callously connived with the Vice Chairman of APGA, Anambra North Senatorial Distinct/Zone, Hon. Chinedu Nnatuanya to defraud the state of every other allocation that would have come to Anambra state to their advantage. It was common knowledge that the federal government during the time of His Excellency, Dr. GoodLuck Jonathan’s regime ably gave compassionate consideration to the citizenry and opened the depots, our reserves, and released the product in order to minimize the hardship of that time which illegal diversion of elicited and attracted the attention of His Excellency Chief. Dr. Willie M. Obiano who instituted a panel of inquiry to that effect, but the result of the investigative enquiry is yet to see the light of the day, why?


MY POLITICAL SCORE CARD
I am as old in politics as Anambra state since its creation as and much older than His Excellency Chief Dr. Willie M. Obiano in Anambra politics knowing the nitty-gritty of the political jingoism and permutations. I was appointed the State Co-coordinator, ODERA CAMPAIGN ORGANIZATION for Youth Mobilization that saw to the hitch-free election of His Excellency, Dr. Chinwoke Clement Mbadinuju, ODERA, and I delivered on my mandate in 1999. I was elected the Zonal Youth Leader, APGA, Anambra South Senatorial District/Zone during His Excellency, Chief Peter Obi, OON, Okwute Ndigbo’s first tenure in office; and I delivered on my mandate which culminated in the historic return of His Excellency Chief Peter Obi as the jinx breaker, being the first Governor that had ever won a second tenure since the creation of the state! Is this a mean feat?
I was the founder, Anambra Youth for Good Governance; the platform also used by His Excellence Chief Peter Obi which saw him to victory for his second term bid.

I was appointed the Zonal Coordinator, Youth Mobilization and Empowerment by his Excellency, Chief Peter Obi, OON, Okwute Ndigbo, for Anambra South Senatorial District/ Zone during his second tenure. This was the umbrella and ample means employed as well as deployed in sensitizing Anambra State citizens on the need to vote for, and elect the incumbent Governor, Chief Willie M. Obiano, little did we know that he would later turn his back on the people from the South who helped in installing him as Governor, what an ingrate!
Even as a purported Christian, he has forgotten that God demanded for appreciation from the lepers and others, showing the need and necessity for appreciation when only NAMAAN THE LEPER came back to thank him for the miraculous healing effected on him – Naaman, while the others, the ingrates left their ways and turned their back on Jesus Christ after their cleansing. Is it fair? Can we fold our hands and watch him come back to obliterate and or throw us into political oblivion and irrelevance? No! He must go and he has to leave forth with!
I was originally appointed by his Excellency, Chief Peter Obi, OON, Okwute Ndigbo, as the Chairman, Committee on Petroleum, Anambra State which was inherited by Chief Dr. Willie M. Obiano and re-appointed me instead. I never knew that his retention of me as the Chairman Committee on Petroleum was a Greek gift. He supper- imposed on me his age – long business partner and family friend as the SSA Oil and Gas, Ms. Ngozi Okoye from Anambra East Local Government Area.
I am the Founder and Administrator of the ANAMBRA PATRIOTIC VOICE AND EZIOKWU PUTAIFE, Anambra state with the following objectives:

NDIGBO SAID THAT THE GOAT WHICH THEY ARE FEEDING WITH THE DELICIOUS FOOD (GRASS) HAS NO TEETH; ‘’EWU ANYI NA-AGBORO IKPO ENWEGHI EZE’’.
