I still don't understand why an establishment called road safety is more interested in chasing after private vehicles than most scrap looking public urban transportation buses or taxi. Most times one wonders where the bigger risk is between a private and public vehicle? Apart from being in accident scenes, I don't seem to know the other aspects of road safety I have observed them maintain, other than checking documents.

Thats why it's good for a country to have functional unemployment benefits & social security schemes. Once her citizens go through a period of job losses or temporary out of job period, retirements, or disability, the country pays some good stipends towards their upkeep within that period. My advise, although difficult at this time to implement for those affected will be to re-invent themselves with home lessons (for parent of children who oblige) or for these teachers to get some other skills that can favour entrepreneurship.
