Maiden name may not be populated if you are not a married woman. Men do not have a "maiden name", as it is a term that refers to a woman's surname before marriage.

As for Place of birth, I think you will fill it in the form as you proceed.

Thank you all for demonstrating that a new Nigeria is indeed possible. I'm very much interested in the DIY process and would appreciate your kind advices as I toe the line.

Firstly, I am stuck at the first step: I discovered that these two fields (Place of Birth and Maiden Name) were not auto-populated like the other fields. Please, is this normal? Can I proceed? Is there something I should do differently at this stage?
