This lawyer is even considerate for accepting discount after negotiations.

Tenants that have paid were very happy because it was the cheapest package they got.

Other houses in that location is at 20% and caution fee is 10%.

According to them. It's 10% x two years.

Even the 25k monthly service charge = 300k is minimal compared to similar houses in surulere.

If you need 10% packages go to the island. Lekki, Ajah, Sangotedo etc. But landlords over there charge huge service charge.

House hunting in Lagos will humble you.

The Lagos state government need to invest massively in building apartments every year and subsidise the rent.

All they do is build estates and sell to politicians who inturn charge huge rent. How does that benefit the masses
