I am quite interested in this thread. Basically, there are several alternatives.... The problem is awareness. Plus I don't even know how widely available they are. The alternatives cost about 1500 a bag.... So, if he is ripping us off, we just have to buy others

hi EfeEj, nice job with the bungalow. I am particularly curious about the foundation and the entire height of the building(to roofing) from the ground to the top(roofing level). The rods used during the construction are for what? Can you elaborate on the vertical rods? What is the height of the foundation from the ground level and how deep is the foundation?

hi guys, it's really exciting putting up a building and most importantly i like to know all the details about it. At least i should be able to tell when someone is trying to swindle me. i really want to know how much it would take to build a foundation in an area with considerable amount of calcium. The house is 265ft in perimeter.it has 4 bedrooms en suite, an anteroom, a dining, two lounges(sitting rooms), a kitchen and store. The interior area without wall thickness has an area of 2074.65 square feet(192.74 square meter). Thanks in advance to anyone who would help. It is a bungalow. Please it should be realistic.
