He's actually blaming the contestants for not quoting the tickets, while ignoring the main point which is a group of persons are busy cheating the system with multiple accounts.

The truth of the matter is the competition is flawed in lots of ways, unfortunately this favors the bookie/host, as the more people "cheat" the system translates to more bets placed with multiple monikers meaning more money to alabi. If you are participating in this competition with just one moniker, the odds are against you, that's why I no kukuma bother again. In summary, you can cheat but don't get caught.
