Oga, Use correcting fluid and clean the date and your names out..... leave the signature and the stamp there...... Then do a colour photocopying..... then fill in your name and date....

If you want to clean the signature, feel free....

Please u guys should stop all this MEDICAL FITNESS stuff, it was not stated in the screening invitation slip I received over four invitation was sent to my mail box, medical fitness was not stated as part of the requirements for the screening .... Don't allow people to get BP because of this, We Nigerias we are always faster than our shadow.......how would u even get ur medical fitness on weekend, Stop forging medical fitness result that might later implicate you.. Honesty is an expensive gift.

Better check again very well.. It's included now & it's very important. Check their official website too & their official page on Facebook.. It's clearly stated

I had to edit my old medical fitness result...While doing that, I saw someone designing a letterhead and editing another medical result to print at the same cyber cafe...

But basically it's medicals screening, physical tests, exam and the selection board interview proper.

Pls do you know if they accept affidavit for loss of certificate?
