Didn't get to finish the test. Couldn't see the time so i tried to rush but still. Skipped some and stopped at number 55 or so I think. Was in a noisy environment too(birthday party in the compound). With the history you've given, it's probably a benign stuff (most likely a fibroadenoma or a phyllodes tumor). Based on the age and mobility of the mass.
Such masses may not cause problems with breastfeeding or symptoms of cancer cause they are benign but my suggestions include
1) visit a hospital to re examine the mass to be on the safer side (she could present this to her obstetrician during her routine antenatal visit)
Watchful waiting till after pregnancy to prevent issues with local or general anesthesia required for the biopsy.
