infinix hot note,I don't have pc to do it on my own and secondary I've downloaded the lollipop update of 822.89mb is just that I don't have pc to do it on my own and the carlcare I went to ask me to drop the phone with them and come back next year to collect it,anybody willing to help me for FREE

First u need a pic... Preferably Windows 7
Then unrar d files using win rar
Next download spflash tools or infinix flash tool
Open the sp flash tool
On ur left u'll see a box with "download" click and Change it to upgrade firmware
Then click on download agent and find the folder u unrared
Wait for it to load the scatter text
The click on the top button to start the process
Pls ur USB cable should be inserted by now
Next connect ur phone to the pc make sure u switch it off
It's expected to access ur device and begin the upgrade
All it to complete the process, the pc must not go off
Once it complete reboot ur fone..... Nd u're in
Note: backup ur device and learn how to use recovery mod incase things go north..
Remember u're doing this at ur own risk...

You can't use a computer from the cafe. I think its frowned against.

The process requires you switching off some security measure..who knows, it might disrupt the whole server.

Besides, you are gonna be burning some time trying to get it done(downloading the files..'fixing' the pc)..during which, you would have dragged some attention to yourself. So No!! You can't use a Cafe computer!

What network are you using? Have you tried downloading using a different network from the current one

I've used all the four network plus wifi,please firmware and lollipop update are they the same thing

thank you but the firmware am to download those it have a particular version and two sorry for the dumb question but is firmware different from lollipop

It just started of recent,Thursday this week will make it one week

How long have you been using the phone...? If you just bought it , unroot and take it back to the store... But if you have been using it for some time , then try upgrading to lollipop And see if it helps...., if it doesn't then you might have to visit the Carl care center.

I've used it for long (two months) and I can't download anything talk more of updating

I can't download anything even the phone's lollipop update from xclub

I don't understand my hot note anymore,each time I try to download using uc web browser it stops half way and tell me to try again....upon re-trying it stops half way again so I did factory reset after which everything seems normal but am getting another different response when downloading,it's says 'No permission to save file in this folder,try another folder'


I've tried all the folders both on my external sd card and internal sd card,abeg I don buy fake phone The phone is only rooted and on v. kitkat
