Since your phone is rooted you have to upgrade thru sp flash tool. Follow dis link on how to easily do the upgrade.

pls I need some helps here.
I charged my phone yesterday after using it,I plug it back and it refuse to flash charge and my system didn't even recognize it when plug in...have tried different charger still not flash charge... the charging speed is demn annoying, for 1hr only 3bar . can someone pls help me here. am on the latest upgrade.

Guy you are left with two options one is for you to get the original follow come charger, or you take it to Carlcare for them to change your charging port

Pls I need help. am facing a serious challenge here. My infinix hot note cannot charge expect when I shut down the phone. Plz some one should help me on what to do to find solution to this charging problem as soon as possible.

Pls guys my sister's Hot note is refusing to switch to 3G network, if u try to switch it will display a message that com.android.phone has stopped. Pls i need help urgently thanks

had the same problem with my phone. I think the solution to it is to calibrate your battery. Try that first

I have suffered a lot and bought many charger before I stumble upon this new age charger.I bought it #1400 in Abeokuta.
It works fine and charges fast like normal infinix charger
