thank you for responding, the document is i-20 , i called the school today and they said e-copy is enough to present at the embassy that i dont necessarily need to wait for the hard copy to get to me, that is more relieving, so i will just print out the digital copy from my mail, sign it and go along with it. I am coming back to this thread to share testimony about how easy my interview will go and also got approved.

If you have not used your EA request, you can reschedule to any later date and whenever you receive your documents and ready to apply, you can use the EA.

i think i got mine instantly in my mail. check your mail or send DM to GTB on twitter with your complain.

I paid mine around 8:45pm yesterday and it's yet to be verified.

try to reply to it, when you are typing, you will see the link properly and you copy and paste in browser to join.

i tried rescheduling on their website and the available date I can see is another 12 months from now but my school resumes after September this year. I don't want to miss this interview opportunity.

When is your interview? i will advise you upload your passport and complete your form latest 72hrs before your date.

I register at midnight, then got this issue... by 4am I woke up and it was cleared and could login... so I think you just gotta give it some hours if you are experiencing this.

NB: when selecting your shirt and trouser size, make sure you choose something bigger than your normal size so you could amend it, if vice versa you may have no choice than to wear the tight one

Same issue here since 00:20 . Trying to make payment with card and it was loading for too long so I had to log off and here I am now.. not still able to login

Yes its a general problem for newly registered folks.

So what is the way forward or rather when will it work properly that they'll be able to proceed ? Because , as you see it, major states are quickly being picked so its important to get back on track earlier
