We are hiring Call Centre Agents who will act as the company's point of contact with its current and prospective clients. The chosen candidate must be willing to take responsibility for effectively resolving customer issues, complaints, and questions while keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront of all actions and decisions.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
2. Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
3. Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
4. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
5. Record all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensive manner.
6. Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance.
7. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Requirements and skills:
1. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with active listening skills.
2. Previous experience as a Call Center Agent or Customer Care Representative is a plus.
3. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
4. Track record of over-achieving set quota.
5. Customer-oriented and able to adapt to different personality types.
6. Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
